Midwest Coast Brewing

Located in a turn of the century industrial brick building, Midwest Coast Brewing wished to transform an unused rooftop space into a destination tap room with sweeping views of the city. The space is light a light filled rooftop, usable year round through the use of a massive sliding glass door and roof system.

The design preserved existing common brick walls while introducing new complimentary materials such as ipe wood, basalt stone and Fireclay tile. Arko Architecture provided architectural design, interiors, permitting, and construction administration to ensure a highly coordinated finished space.
